Healthcare communications agencies are facing growing expectations from clients, employees, and other stakeholders to demonstrate credible and measurable progress on sustainability. At the same time, many agencies have told us that existing ESG and climate frameworks can feel complex, resource intensive, and often not designed with the realities of our sector in mind. That feedback was the catalyst for the work we are launching at this Shared Experience session.
The HCA’s New Going Green Climate Action Framework has been developed to provide a practical, proportionate, and sector-specific pathway for healthcare communications agencies at every stage of their sustainability journey. Created through collaboration between The HCA and 51toCarbonZero, and informed by extensive consultation with member agencies, the framework is designed to help organisations understand where they are today, identify their next priorities, and build toward recognised best practice over time.
In the session, we will walk through the thinking behind the framework, how it is structured, and most importantly, how agencies can start using it to drive meaningful and achievable progress.
Whether you are leading sustainability for your agency, or just interested to know more about how we can all help our organisations make a difference, this session is one not to miss.
