Join us for the launch of a new guide to support more inclusive hybrid working environments. With around 15% of the UK workforce estimated to be neurodivergent, this resource explores how different thinking and working styles shape hybrid experiences—and what organisations can do to better support them. It brings together practical tips, real-life examples and actionable adjustments to help individuals, managers and teams create more neurodiverse-aware workplaces where everyone can thrive.
During the session, we’ll explore key themes from the guide, including establishing supportive home and office environments, navigating hybrid communication styles, managing sensory and cognitive load, and fostering open conversations around support and adjustments. We’ll also share practical strategies to help teams embed more inclusive behaviours into day-to-day working and build environments where different ways of thinking are recognised, supported and valued.
